Train pulling into train station.There are regular services to Edinburgh and Glasgow, with onward connections south. Three direct trains take you to and from London or you can take the option of using the Overnight Sleeper Service so you awake refreshed at you destination. Direct services are also available to Birmingham, Plymouth and Manchester.

There are 10 trains a day to Inverness and 28 trains a day to Dundee.

If you're going further afield there is a train to Dyce Railway station that with a waiting taxi can speed you to the Aberdeen Airport within 10 minutes.
